The PowerFULL Path
The PowerFULL Path is a 16 week transformational coaching journey designed specifically for ADHD and sensitive women who are exhausted from living against their brain and ready to finally thrive.
This isn't another productivity program. This is root-level healing that addresses why you've been struggling: dysregulated nervous system, trauma, limiting beliefs, and an ADHD brain trying to function in systems that weren't designed for it.
Through the 5 R's: Regulate, Remember, Reframe, Reclaim, and Radiate, you'll learn to work WITH your brain, heal your nervous system, reprogram beliefs that keep you stuck, and embody your most authentic, powerFULL self.

Phase 1: REGULATE Build nervous system safety and learn to feel grounded in your body. You'll discover why your ADHD brain stays in fight-or-flight and learn practical tools to shift into regulation—so focus, rest, and emotional balance become possible.
Phase 2: REMEMBER Meet your parts, heal your inner child, and understand your attachment patterns. Through IFS (Internal Family Systems), you'll discover why you people-please, over-achieve, or perfectionist—and help these parts finally relax so your True Self can lead.
Phase 3: REFRAME Reprogram limiting beliefs and shift from "I'm broken" to "I'm beautifully different." Release the shame, "not enough," and "too much" narratives that have kept you stuck. Rewrite your story with compassion and truth.
Phase 4: RECLAIM Create ADHD-friendly systems, routines, and boundaries that honor your needs. Build sustainable habits that work WITH your brain, improve focus naturally, and reclaim your power over your time, energy, and choices.
Phase 5: RADIATE Embody your authentic, regulated, powerFULL self and live aligned with your truth. Access your feminine energy, rest without guilt, trust yourself deeply, and show up as your most magnetic, aligned self in all areas of life.
